SUOYI One-Stop Dental Zirconia Block Production Solution
One-Stop Dental Zirconia Block Production Solution
Raw Material Preparation → Pre-forming Treatment → Sintering Process → Post-processing

1. Core Production Process and Equipment
1.1 Raw Material Preparation: Dental Yttrium Stabilized Zirconia Powder + Mixer + Vibrating Screen
Using 3Y/4Y/5Y yttrium stabilized zirconia powder as the core raw material, the components are uniformly mixed using a mixer, and then screened by a vibrating screen to remove impurities, ensuring uniform particle size and satisfactory flowability. The recommended configuration for the vibrating screen in this solution is a 6-layer linear vibrating screen with a screening capacity of over 95%.
1.2 Pre-forming: Dry Press + Vacuum Press
The zirconia block blanks are initially pressed using a dry press, and a vacuum press removes air bubbles from the blanks, improving the density.
1.3 Dense Forming: Cold Isostatic Press
The pre-pressed blanks are uniformly pressurized to further improve the density uniformity of the blanks and reduce deformation during subsequent sintering.
1.4 Sintering and Densification: Vacuum Pressure Atmosphere Sintering Furnace/Vacuum Hot Press Sintering Furnace
The cold isostatically pressed blank is fed into the sintering furnace and sintered at 1300-1600℃ in a vacuum environment to obtain a dense zirconium block matrix. The vacuum pressure atmosphere sintering furnace is specifically designed for zirconium oxide ceramics, providing a stable sintering environment free from impurities and oxidation. The vacuum hot press sintering furnace allows for simultaneous heating and pressurization, suitable for the preparation of high-performance, special-specification zirconium blocks.
1.5 Finished Product Machining: CNC Engraving Machine/3d Printer
The sintered zirconium blocks are then machined to obtain finished zirconium blocks with uniform specifications. 3D printers can directly produce personalized, customized dental restoration parts, offering lower costs and higher efficiency compared to traditional CNC machining.
2. Extended Product Range
In addition to producing its core dental zirconium oxide blocks, SUOYI also manufactures compatible glass-ceramic blocks, PMMA (dental resin blocks), and other dental restoration materials to meet diverse clinical needs.
3. Zirconia Blocks can be further categorized by yttrium oxide content:
3Y Zirconia: High strength, mostly used for posterior crowns and bridges.
4Y Zirconia: Balanced strength and translucency, suitable for anterior crowns and bridges.
5Y Zirconia: Optimal translucency, mostly used for anterior single crowns and veneers.
