Tungsten powder is the main raw material for processing powder metallurgy tungsten products and tungsten alloys. Pure tungsten powder can be made into wire, rod, tube, plate and other processed materials and products with certain shapes. Tungsten powder mixed with other metal powders can be made into various tungsten alloys, such as tungsten-molybdenum alloy, tungsten-rhenium alloy, tungsten-copper alloy and high-density tungsten alloy. Another important application of tungsten powder is to make tungsten carbide powder, and then to prepare cemented carbide tools, such as turning tools, milling cutters, drills and dies.

Tungsten powder can be mixed with other metal powders to produce tungsten and molybdenum alloys, tungsten and rhenium, tungsten and copper, and high-density tungsten alloys.
Another important application of tungsten powder is the preparation of hard alloy powder, followed by the preparation of hard alloy cutting tools such as cutting tools, reamers, drill bits, and molds. Crystalline tungsten powder is mainly used for wear-resistant coatings such as surface coatings, petroleum drilling, rigid surface materials, high-temperature coatings, and combustion chamber high-temperature coatings.

1. Nano tungsten powder are usually used to the aerospace alloy, electronic packaging, film electrode materials, microelectronics, sintering additives, protective coating, gas sensor electrode.
2. High proportion alloy, steel alloy.
3. Nano tungsten powder are used as high gravity alloy of raw materials powder additive(volume of additive from 30%~50%) and preparation of W strip and W silk material additives.
4. Used as the high performance alloy tungsten nanopowder material, Tungsten Nanopartilces can improve the performance of the alloy anti-microbial capacity.
5. High-performance heavy alloy additives, additives W and W of raw silk, tungsten-rhenium alloy materials and nano WC, explosives industry flammable agents.
Storage of Tungsten nanoparticle:
Tungsten nanoparticle should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight.
