Application

The unique low thermal conductivity of nano zirconia is an excellent material for thermal insulation coatings to improve the thermal insulation effect. Its high corrosion resistance, high hardness, and high wear resistance are also good materials for coating modification. Nano zirconia is used in thermal barrier coatings Grade zirconia VK-R30, the mechanical, electrical, thermal, anti-friction, anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties have been greatly improved. Experiments have proved that after adding 2% of VK-R30, the bonding strength of thermal barrier coatings can reach 100Mpa.
Nano-zirconia has special optical properties, and its reflectivity to ultraviolet long-wave, medium-wave and infrared rays is as high as 85%.
