    We understand most customers prefer stock,so we'll try to keep stock for most products.
    However,for some rare products,we won't keep stock and it needs time to synthesize.

  • What is your production capacity?

    There are 15 production lines in our factory, the production capacity of one production line is 3-4 tons.

  • What about shipping?

    We can send the small by air express. And the complete production line by seato save the cost. 
    You can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. The nearest port is China Shanghai, Tianjin port, which is convenient for maritime 
    transportation.

  • What is your MOQ?

    For high value products,our MOQ starts from 1g,generally from 10gs.For other low price products,our MOQ is 100g and 1kg.

  • How about the packaging?

    It can be made according to your needs,depending on the shape of the product.Usually,we can supply iron drums,carton boxes,wooden boxes and bags.

  • How do l put my order to buy your goods?

    When you confirm your order, we will send our Proforma Invoice via email for you. The Proforma lnvoice has the  order number for your reference and confirmed the products you ordered.After we ship our the goods, we will email you the tracking number and you can check your goods on the official courier website.

  • How to confirm the product quality before placing an order?

    You can get samples of some products for free, you just need to
    pay the shipping cost or arrange express to us and take the samples.
    You can send us your product specifications and requirements and we will manufacture the products according to your requirements.

  • How to start order or payment?

    You can send us your purchase order (if your company has one) or just send a simple confirmation via email or trade manager and we will send you a pro forma invoice with our bank details for you Confirm and then you can pay accordingly.

  • What certificates and documents do you provide?

    Some technical documents can be provided, such as COA, HNMR, HPLC, MSDS, etc. SGScertificates,ISO9001 Certificate of quality.

  • How do I pay?

    We accept various payment methods. These include the Alibaba Trade Guarantee. T/T. Western Union, money transfer company.

  • Can I get the best price from you?

  • Do you accept sample order?

    Yes, we accept small order from 100g~500g, and 1kg/5kg/10kg for your evaluation quality of our goods.
    Can l have my own customized product?
    If we don't have the nanoparticle you need, yes, it is generally possible for us to produce it.But, it usually requires a minium of quantities ordered, thousand of dollars of overhead costs, and about 10 days above lead time.If interested, please contact with our sales to discuss what customized product you need.

  • What is the date of delivery?

    If we have in stock, the delivery time is in 5 working days. For the large quantity,we will calculate the delivery date and confirm it into the proforma invoice.

  • How do you ship out the goods?

    Generally,we can ship your order through FedEx, TNT,DHL,or EMS on your account or repayment. You will receive the goods in 3 days for domestic shipments, while international shipments typically take shipping 
    companies a few working days to deliver.

  • What is your payment term?

    We accept TT, Western Union and Paypal.L/C is only for above 50000 USD deal. No matter which payment method you choose, please send us the bank receipt via email after you finished your payment.
